Using the products
When do I take Booty Pump?
Mix 1 scoop with 8–12 oz of water and drink it 15–20 minutes before you train. One serving a day max.
How much caffeine is in Booty Pump?
150 mg per serving — about one and a half cups of coffee. If you're sensitive to caffeine, start with half a scoop and avoid it late in the day. Fat Burner also contains caffeine, so don't stack Fat Burner, Booty Pump and coffee.
I'm a beginner — is it for me?
Yes! Start with half a serving to see how you feel, then build up.
What about rest days?
Booty Pump is for training days. Collagen, probiotic and your daily essentials are every day — consistency is what counts.
Can I take the products together?
Yes. Favorite pairings: Booty Pump before the gym + protein after; collagen in your coffee + probiotic with breakfast. Just avoid stacking several caffeine sources.
Can collagen go in coffee?
Yes — it's unflavored and mixes into hot or cold drinks.

What flavors are there?
Booty Pump: Blue Bolt, Watermelon and Mami (tropical). Whey Protein Isolate: Chocolate and Vanilla. Clear Whey: Tropical Punch.
The collagen smells a little — is that normal?
Yes. Unflavored collagen has a light natural smell; in coffee, a smoothie or juice you won't notice it.
Does the protein contain milk?
Yes. Our proteins are whey isolate, made from milk. If you're lactose intolerant or allergic to milk, check with your doctor first.
Safety
Can I take them if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
We don't recommend it. Please check with your doctor before taking any supplement.
I take medication — can I use Aventus?
Check with your doctor before starting — especially for GLP-1 (if you take diabetes medication), Fat Burner (thyroid, blood pressure or antidepressant medication) and Vitamin D3+K2 (blood thinners).
Is there a minimum age?
Our products are for adults 18 and over.
Which products are vegan or gluten-free?
Gluten-free: Collagen, GLP-1, Magnesium, Akkermansia, Vitamin D3+K2 and Multivitamin. Vegan: GLP-1, Magnesium, Akkermansia and Multivitamin. Collagen, Booty Pump (bovine collagen) and our proteins (milk) are not vegan. If in doubt, check the product page.
Results
How soon will I notice a difference?
It depends on you and your consistency. You'll feel Booty Pump's energy within 15–20 minutes. Collagen and probiotic are daily habits — take them every day, alongside good sleep, food and training. Results vary.
Will Fat Burner or GLP-1 make me lose weight?
No supplement does the work on its own. Fat Burner and GLP-1 are made to accompany an active lifestyle and balanced eating. Results vary from person to person.
Is there a way to save?
