1. Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

2. Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Rates and delivery times

  • United States: Standard shipping $9.99 USD — free on orders of $100 USD or more. Delivery in 3–5 business days.
  • Mexico: $150 MXN — free on orders of $900 MXN or more. Delivery in 2–4 business days, depending on your area.
  • United Arab Emirates: Free next-day delivery. 4-hour express delivery is available in some areas for AED 19.99.
  • Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: Standard shipping AED 34.99 — free on orders of AED 399 or more. Faster delivery is available at checkout for AED 49.99.

4. Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

5. Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement. If tracking shows your order is lost, we'll reship it. Email info@aventussupplements.com with your order number (and a photo for damaged items).

6. Customs, duties and taxes

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility, unless shown as included at checkout.
